Here’s a yummy recipe to get you in the kitchen.
Greek Salad Skewers
12 cocktail skewers
12 black olives, pitted
12 cherry or grape tomatoes
1 English cucumber sliced into 12 slices, ½ inch thick
12 – ½ inch squares of Feta cheese
12 – ½ inch squares of red pepper
12 – ½ inch squares of green pepper
After prepping all pieces, place on the skewers in the following order: cucumber, tomato, feta, green pepper, red pepper, olive. Serve with either tzatziki sauce for dipping, or drizzle with Greek salad dressing. Makes 12 Skewers.
