Strathcona County Youth Get Plugged-In

This weekend in Sherwood Park youths in grades 7-12 will be participating in fun activities and hilarious athletic challenges in an effort to get connected and bring the youth community together. 

Strathcona County’s second annual Youth Plug-IN event will be held on Saturday, October 22 at the Community Centre Agora and promises to deliver fantastic music (by Revolution DJ), yummy snacks, and festive carnival games. There will be balloon darts, dodge ball, ‘Minute to Win It’ challenges, and lots of prizes.

The purpose of this event is to educate youth in Strathcona County on the organizations and resources available to them as they navigate their way through the teen years. Participating organizations include Alberta Health Services, the Boys & Girls Club, Strathcona County Library, Strathcona Count RCMP, and more.

When: Saturday, October 22 @ 1 pm – 4 pm
