Head of the Class: Customer Service Excellence Breakfast Lecture

School is now in session. And, those working in retail can hit the books too – except forget the books, and instead learn from the best of the best over breakfast.

The Women in Retailing Network has handpicked a teacher who’s top in her field to deliver a lecture on customer experience. Ford of Canada’s Customer Experience Manager, Gemma Giovanazzo, will deliver a need-to-know mix of info and inspiration for retailers. Prepare to take notes on shifts in consumer behaviour, key findings from studies and strategies to enhance customer service.

Doesn’t really sound like a class you skip, does it?

Where: Executive Royal Inn-Emerald Room A (10010 178 Street)
Wednesday, September 21 from 8am to 9:30am.
$10 at the door – cash or cheque (make payable to School of Retailing). Please RSVP to Erin Hamilton
