What: Modern and explosive ballet set to gospel music followed by a classical ballet performance.
Why: The first production of the season features a program of pointe, modern and neoclassical dance.

The Artful Party

What: A cultural mashup of opera, interactive animations, digital painting, and DJs.
Why: It’s a party with all the cool (artsy, creative, musically talented) kids.
Where: Jubilee Auditorium. Tickets are free - claim yours.

Get Lost!
Edmonton’s Original Corn Maze

What: A giant maze through a corn field – more than 5 km of twists and turns and 85 points to make tough navigational decisions.
Why: Being a part of the maze is a lot more fun than tracing a pencil through one on paper!
Where: Just west of the city in Parkland County. Here are directions and a helpful map.

Haunted Happenings
Scarecrow Festival

What: This Halloween event is full of spooky activities including ghastly games, life-sized scarecrows, a haunted house, a pumpkin house and ofcourse – C-A-N-D-Y.
Why: Where else can you turn yourself into a mad scientist, zoo keeper, scarecrow or mummy. Best of all – costumes are encouraged.
