Here is the perfect event to get you into the spirit of the season! It’s the 7th year that the Junior League of Edmonton is organizing their Homes for the Holidays Tour!
Beautiful homes with a variety of décor styles have their halls decked to the nines by local designers, decorators, volunteers and retailers for the holidays. The decorated homes are graciously opened to ticketholders, giving them a dose of some glamorous holiday inspiration for their own homes.
The five homes can be oohed and aahed at your own pace throughout the four days it is hosted (each home can only be visited once, though). There is also a Park and Ride Tour group you can join that will include transportation between houses on a set schedule. In years past, the homes were scattered across many areas in the city, but they’ve made the tour walkable this year with all homes in the Glenora area.
Funds raised by this event go toward the many programs and services supported by the Junior League of Edmonton including the Kids Help Phone. We have gone for the last few years – gathering some friends and lattes for the tour makes for a really enjoyable afternoon!
