Cocoanista, Jacqueline JACEK has expanded her chocolate empire by opening a physical location complete with a large development kitchen and retail store. To celebrate the occasion, Jacqueline invited us to attend a party complete with delicious food and wine all designed to pair with her chocolate creations.
We first met Jacqueline a few years ago at a Taste! Of Summer event in St. Albert. She had a small table set-up with a collection of chocolates. After one taste, it was love. For the next couple of years, JACEK Chocolates were hard to come by – a few local retailers always sold out too fast. Now, we can all delight in a destination that promises to be filled with JACEK Chocolate.
There is much to admire of Jacqueline. Beyond satisfying sweet tooth, Jacqueline is lofty (and inspiring) with her goal – to be one of the top 3 North America leaders of fine chocolate by virtue of artistry, experience and innovation by July 31, 2017. Already Jacqueline’s been named one of the Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America for manifestation of fashion through chocolate .
