Laced Up Cabaret Fashion and Burlesque Show
What: A sensual night of carnival-inspired fashion, burlesque, magic and fun.
Why: Strutting the catwalk for the Sweet Carousel Corsetry fashion show is Canada’s Next Top Model runner-up Linsay Willier. Plus, tease, temptation and dancing by the gals of Capital City Burlesque.
Where: The Empire Ballroom (8882 170 street West Edmonton Mall)
When: Friday, February 10. Doors at 8pm. Show at 9:30pm
What: A winter festival featuring a village downtown Edmonton. Local architects designed temporary, heated structures to host a whirlwind of events each weekend.
Why: A Taste of Winter looks particularly yummy this weekend with eats from Guru Restaurant & Bar, Sultan Palace, Molly’s Eats, Eva Sweet Waffles, Fat Franks, Tres Carnales Taqueria & Funky Pickle Pizza Co.
