Water in Focus Exhibition
What: Explore the banks of the North Saskatchewan River through the lenses of talented amateur photographers.
Why: This fundraiser is for The North Saskatchewan Riverkeeper whose vision of our river valley is a watershed where we can all safely and enjoyably swim, drink and fish.

Poetry Party
Edmonton Poetry Festival

The festival features the brief but deadly art known as “blink poetry”; some super cool workshops; poetry slams; poetry sweatshops; and more!

Doctors and Derrieres

U of A Medical students pose nude for 30 local artists who paint, sculpt and draw. These art pieces are available for purchase by way of silent auction.
This is an annual fundraising event for health projects in El Salvador.

Fun on Tap
Edmonton International Beer Festival

Pouring over 200 beers for sampling.
It’s a party with 10 bands performing, too much beer and a rowdy crowd.

Elements Music Festival

What: Edmonton’s electronic music scenesters are putting on Western Canada’s largest electronic music festival.
Why: Four music rooms named after the four elements (earth, fire, water and wind) will each deliver a different musical and sensory experience. Get ready to dance.
