Honour those men and women who defend our freedom in times of war and peace by taking a moment of silence at 11:00am on November 11th. It's truly the least we can do.

Lest we forget - Remembrance Day Ceremonies

No Stone Left Unturned
School students and volunteers place poppies on each and every soldier's headstone in the Fields of Honour throughout the cit. Over 10,000 poppies will be laid. Friday 10:30-11:30am

Other Notable Events

Timerasier is the best kind of silent auction around - no deep pockets necessary! Bid on beautiful art and pay with volunteer hours. Receive your art after you complete your volunteer hours. Local non-profits love the help, you love helping out. Win-win.  It's all happening Saturday at 7:00pm at ATB Financial Arts Barns.

Fort Edmonton Park is hosting a murder mystery on Friday at 6pm. Twas a Dark and Stormy Night includes a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, a three course meal, and entertainment. 

Latitude 53 is hosting The Fine Art of Schmoozy on Saturday at 8pm. It's their annual fundraising gala (40 years!) with a silent auction, live music, fortune telling, drinks, and of course, art.  

Community connection, creativity, and curiosity will take over the Jubilee Auditorium on Friday at 7pm. The Enchanted Fall is where local businesses and creators show off their stuff in a free no-pressure networking event.
