It's the last few days of Edmonton International Film Festival at Empire City Centre Theatres. 170 films in 10 days means something for everyone. If you're working downtown, take in one of the 45 Minute Lunchbox Short (includes Subway lunch). There are galas, parties, special guests, and of course many, many films. Check the schedule and buy tickets while you can.
John Clease is giving you the last chance to see him before he dies (his words, not ours). He makes Myer Horowitz Theatre home every night until Sunday. Tickets available here.
Politweetup 2013 brings two hastags together: #yegvote and #yegbeer. It's an evening of mingling with municipal and public school trustee candidates. Plus there is beer. It's at Underground Tap and Grill on Sunday night. More info and tickets here.
It's that time of year again! Take a short trip to the edge of town and find your way through the Edmonton Corn Maze before it is too cold! Navigate through this year's Celebration Maze daily (except Mondays). More info here.
