go :: Outdoor Skating Rinks in Edmonton

My winter goal was to see if I could still skate after taking a long break from the ice. Guess what? I did it and I only fell once! Now I'm convinced that if I can do it, anyone can. And you should. Because it's so fun.

Throw some hot chocolate or specialty coffee in a to-go mug and lace up those skates!

Community League Rinks

If you're a community league member, you'll receive a tag to add to your laces. Once you're donning that, you can proudly skate at a bunch of rinks around the city. For a list of over 20 communities' public skating hours, glide over here.

Stormwater Lake Skating

These "rinks" have ice conditions that can be a little unpredictable, but the city monitors them daily. Follow posted signs and be safe on the ice! Here's the listing of stormwater lakes.
